We became involved in the Laser market in the late 1990’s. Connecticut is a hotbed of laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication related to aerospace with many companies doing subcontract work for companies such as Pratt&Whitney and Sikorsky Aircraft.

Lasers require high flow and high-pressure nitrogen at the same time. Companies will invest three quarters of a million dollars on a laser system and a thousand dollars on a gas delivery system. It just does not work. This is just another example of suppliers that do not keep up with the times of technology.
